ABOUT: We generally alternate 2 weeks on hoop/trapeze and then 2 weeks on sling, etc. In this way, you will learn how to move around in the air with a vertical apparatus and a hard bar apparatus. All skills will have modifications or challenges, depending on your level of experience and background, but the main skill set is geared towards the beginning aerialist. You do not need upper body to start aerial, but you may find yourself quickly motivated to start working more on your pull-up strength!
