Our Saturday sampler classes are a great way for students age 8-adult to get introduced to our studio. Sling tends to be the most beginner-friendly apparatus, but it's not all we offer! In general, we offer sling, silks, trapeze and hoop.
Adults especially should check out our session-based classes. We have some morning Tuesday and Thursday classes that are designed for just for you!

Our program is open Aug-May each year. For those of you who join our regular weekly classes, we offer a very fun performance opportunity at the end of the year showcase, typically held in May. It is always optional to perform, but many of our students have so much fun showing off their skills for friends and family at the end of the year.

This is the most fun I have ever had in a “workout”. It never ceases to amaze me when I wake up and realize that fun class I took yesterday worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. When I was a kid I loved playing on monkey bars and swinging rings. I’m nearly 50 now but aerial makes me feel like a kid again. It has been so good for my mental and physical health. Rebekah Leach is a wonderful instructor and a beautiful human. She encourages creativity and fun and offers helpful modifications for all skill levels. ~Vikki S |
