ABOUT: These Saturday sample classes are a great way to get introduced to our studio. You can attend as often as you like. Every class is a little bit different. Sometimes, we offer sling, sometimes we offer silks, and sometimes we do something altogether creative and inventive with how we use the silks or sling alongside different movement disciplines.

This is the most fun I have ever had in a “workout”. It never ceases to amaze me when I wake up and realize that fun class I took yesterday worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. When I was a kid I loved playing on monkey bars and swinging rings. I’m nearly 50 now but aerial makes me feel like a kid again. It has been so good for my mental and physical health. Rebekah Leach is a wonderful instructor and a beautiful human. She encourages creativity and fun and offers helpful modifications for all skill levels. ~Vikki S |
