Prerequisite: None! In fact, the less aerial experience you have, the better! These classes are set in place to help support an aerial teacher training. This is a culmination of a weekend in training to absorb new methods in leading aerial classes. We appreciate your willingness to be "lab rats" for our teachers in the training to practice on you!

About this class: In these 45 minute classes, you will be lead through a warm-up on the ground and then take to either trapeze or silks for an introduction to the apparatus. You will learn how to mount or invert and experience the training that it takes to become an aerialist. Thank you for attending these classes.

Class Notes: Please arrive 5 minutes before class to complete a waiver for class. Bring a (closed container) water bottle and wear clothes that cover the backs of your knees. We recommend wearing a shirt that is form-fitting or can be tucked (in case you go upside-down).

It is very important that if you sign-up and then discover you can't make it to let us know as soon as possible. Accurate numbers are very important for our training to run smoothly. Thank you for understanding.
